Merchant Dashbord Debug View
The Debug View in the Simpler Merchant Dashboard can help you diagnose errors in your integration whether your are using one of our pre-built integrations or your own custom implementation.
It contains a journal of all the requests performed by Simpler to your backend, alongside any headers and errors that the Simpler system may have encountered.
If you do not have access to the Merchant Dashboard, you can ask your Simpler Merchant Administrator to create an account for you with the "Debug View" permission enabled.
IP Whitelist
If your e-commerce store is behind a firewall, you will have to ensure the Simpler Web Service can access its backend.
All Simpler requests will be issued from the following IPs :
For Production Systems:
- 3.65.78.79
- 3.66.47.65
- 3.66.243.207
For Sandbox Systems:
- 3.65.151.228
- 18.185.170.60
- 35.156.43.24
