IRIS (PayGate EuroBank)

You can create or connect your EuroBank PayGate account to Simpler by visiting the Simpler Merchant Dashboard. If your Simpler subscription plan entitles you to connect alternative payment methods to your account, you will be able to see the Payment Methods page in the store settings section.

Prerequisites:

  • Active EuroBank Business e‑Banking credentials (user with authority to accept terms)
  • A EuroBank business IBAN for settlements

Steps:

  1. Go to Store → Settings → Payment methods in your Simpler Merchant Dashboard.

  2. Find the “IRIS (via EuroBank PayGate)” entry and toggle it on: settings

  3. A dialog titled “Connect with EuroBank PayGate” will appear: dialog

    For a smoother onboarding process, it is helpful if you are already signed in to your EuroBank Business e‑Banking account before clicking Connect. This will reduce extra login steps during the redirect.

  4. Click Connect. You will be redirected to EuroBank’s secure onboarding (Easy Registration).

  5. If prompted, log in with your EuroBank Business e‑Banking credentials and follow the on‑screen instructions to complete onboarding.

  6. When finished, you will be redirected back to the Simpler Merchant Dashboard. What to expect after returning:

    • The IRIS (PayGate) method may briefly show as Pending while activation completes.
    • Once EuroBank confirms onboarding, the status will switch to Active automatically.
    • If the status remains in Pending for more than a few minutes, or an error is shown, please contact Integrations Support.
