Earn Simpler Coins with Every Purchase:
- Customers earn Simpler Coins with every purchase made through Simpler, encouraging repeat business and higher customer retention.

Attractive Redemption Levels:
- Simpler Coins can be redeemed for discounts, incentivising customers to return and shop more frequently:

Note: For a redemption to be processed, there is a minimum Simpler Coins amount of 1.500 coins.

Time-Limited Rewards:

Loyalty Details in the Simpler Merchant Dashboard
As mentioned before, the integration of the loyalty programme to your eCommerce store is done automatically and there is no implementation needed from your side.
However, in order to correctly track the impact of loyalty to your business, here are some things you can do, in the Simpler Merchant Dashboard.
In the Orders tab, you can select Columns, and then pick Loyalty Points Redeemed and Loyalty Points Earned. Once selected, you can see per order, how many points where redeemed or earned by the specific shopper.
What happens if I get a redemption?
Upon redemption, and by going into the specific order, you can see the total amount of the order, and on the Transactions and Cost Breakdown, you will see two different charges.
The first charge (Loyalty Charge), will show the amount of the loyalty discount, which will be covered from Simpler, and the second charge (Charge) is the actual amount that the customer paid.
Both amount will be executed in the same payout, as per usual, and there will be unique identifiers for the amounts coming from coin redemptions.
