Connect your Bizum merchant account to Simpler

To offer Bizum as a payment method through Simpler, you need an active Bizum merchant account configured with MultiSafepay (MSP). Simpler integrates with Bizum via MSP.

The integration process involves coordinating between you, your bank, MultiSafepay, and the Simpler team.

Onboarding Process:

  1. Register for Bizum with your bank: First, you must register for Bizum directly with your local bank. During this process, your bank will provide you with specific credentials for Bizum.

  2. Provide Bizum credentials and UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) form to Simpler: Once registered, please provide Simpler with the following:

    Send all required credentials and the signed UBO form securely to our Integrations Support team.

  3. Simpler configures your MultiSafepay account: Our team will set up your dedicated MultiSafepay merchant account, activate Bizum, and integrate your provided Bizum credentials (FUC, Terminal, CSB). We will also handle the necessary KYC and documentation uploads, including the UBO form.

  4. Activation Confirmation: Once your MultiSafepay account is fully configured and Bizum is active, we will finalize the integration on your Simpler merchant dashboard. We will notify you when Bizum payments are ready to be accepted through Simpler.
