Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) allows merchants to use shipping providers to collect payment upon delivery.
Simpler supports this functionality through a strict allow-list of modules per platform/distribution.

Only the modules listed under your platform’s Supported Modules section are permitted.

Enable COD in the Simpler Dashboard

To enable Cash on Delivery:

1. Navigate to Simpler Dashboard → Settings → Payment Methods.
2. Enable Cash on Delivery from the list.

Enable COD on Your Store

A compatible Cash on Delivery (COD) module must also be enabled on your own store.
Below you can find the list of supported COD modules for each platform:

• WooCommerce — Supported Plugins (2)
• Magento 2 — Supported Modules (2)
• PrestaShop — Supported Modules (4)
• OpenCart — Not Supported
• CsCart — Not Supported
• Shopify — Not Supported

Does COD work for OpenCart, CsCart and Shopify?

Not at this moment. We are working to support it in the near future.

Can I use different COD Plugin?

No. We support the plugins listed above.
